SurgiCare of Jersey City, LLC has a per diem opportunities in our Environmental Services Department for a Medical Housekeeper.

The Housekeeper is responsible for all cleaning tasks to maintain the facility in a safe, sanitary attractive and orderly condition with minimal interference to others.

Some heavy lifting is required, and the candidate must be flexible with their scheduled work hours.

Required Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Ability to read and write English.
Ability to verbally express oneself in a professional manner.
Prior experience with terminal cleaning procedures of operating rooms and patient care areas.
Bio-medical and hazardous waste experience.
