Job Details:

Responsibilities:
- Become familiar with all SQF policies and procedures
- Responsible for daily completion of QC technician documentation
- Manage, assess and reassess compliance with the HACCP plan, pre-requisite programs, and SQF programs routinely
- Ensures compliance to all SOPs, SSOPs and GMPs
- Police and ensure all areas are clean and well organized with proper reports to management of GMP violations, inspecting facility on a daily basis
- Follow equipment SOP, calibration and verification efforts as it pertains to all quality and food safety
- Notify maintenance or plant manager of any maintenance needs
- Report any accidents or injuries to management
- Team oriented problem solver who takes ownership of their work
- Self-motivated
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Other duties as assigned including but not limited to packing on a table
Position Requirements:
- HACCP trained
- SQF Knowledgeable
- Food manufacturing: 2 years
