Job DescriptionJob Details:
- Third Shift, 6:30pm - 5:15am

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
- Increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
- Revise production based on volume, staff, goals, and productivity
- Manage inventory and place orders
- Complete performance, maintenance, inventory, and order reports
- Effectively communicate with management on progress
- Train new hires to safely perform tasks at each station
- Convey updates, developments, and changes to team members
- Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
Position Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs (especially Excel)
- Professional with an exceptional work ethic
- Outstanding time management, organization, communication, and collaboration skills
- Sound judgment and resolve issues quickly
- Safety-minded, dependable and team-oriented
