Your Mission:
As our Summer Growth Intern, you will play a crucial role in testing, learning, and scaling effective growth strategies at Surfly. This position is designed to build upon your existing marketing skills in a real-world, fast-paced environment. You will not only support ongoing campaigns but also lead projects that test new strategies, ensuring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

You Will Focus On: 

• Designing and implementing growth strategies that are flexible and adaptive to our changing business needs and market dynamics.
• Conducting experiments across various channels to identify and scale successful tactics, using data-driven methodologies to make informed decisions.
• Collaborating with team members from diverse backgrounds, contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Developing a deep understanding of Surfly’s products and market to better align growth initiatives with company goals.

• Ideal Candidate:

  • You are in the process of earning or have recently earned a HBO/WO degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Computer Science, or Communications.
  • Native Level English Speaker
  • You possess foundational marketing knowledge with 1-2 years of experience, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment or in a dynamic startup setting.
  • You are a T-shaped professional who combines broad general marketing skills with deep knowledge in at least one key marketing discipline.
  • You are technically proficient, data-fluent, and comfortable using modern marketing tools and software.
  • You are proactive and eager to take on new challenges, with a mindset geared towards growth and scalability.
  • Capable of functioning effectively in both team settings and independently, you are prepared to take on projects that require both strategic planning and tactical execution.
