Description

As the Paint Store associate you will have tasks related to customer service, organizing, cleaning, loading/unloading customers. This position requires an aptitude for customer service and teamwork.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working as a team and individually to service the customers
• Facilitating and assisting with sales to customers
• Mixing and preparing paint for customers and deliveries
• Putting away and organizing stock, in the warehouse and store
• Assisting and completing tasks and special projects
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction. 
• Maintain high level of product knowledge. 
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails. 

Qualifications: 

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build successful relationships. 
• Must have a valid Driver's License with the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record background.
• Must have paint mixing experience
• Forklift Experience /Certified preferred 

Physical Requirements: 

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crawl or crouch. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
