Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
Duties:
-Greet customers in a welcoming and professional mannerManage and follow up with leads
-Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments and events
-Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate party
-Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
-Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as neededLight cleaning and organization of showroomTrack and maintain sample library
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive traffic and engagement
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales
- Oversee design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.)
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
- Compile reports for management showing results
Experience:
- Strong relationship management skills
- Proficiency with web technologies
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe Illustrator)
- Knowledge of social media marketing best practices
- Basic photography skills
- Familiarity with social listening tools
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
