Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Associate. The Architectural Associate will be responsible for tasks such as observing new construction and writing daily field reports, creating construction drawings, managing projects, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM), and coordinating submittals.

The role requires strong collaboration with the project team and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural knowledge and expertise
• Experience in creating construction drawings and managing projects
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Ability to coordinate submittals and communicate effectively with project teams
• Detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in tall and super-tall buildings, complex geometries, masonry restoration, and window replacement is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
