Shift Lead shape our teams and help us reach out goals.

Charleys ideal candidate, will

• Shift Leder only: Have at least 2 years Shift Lead experience
• Models' great leadership skills and is a team player.
• Open or Close per schedule
• Problem solve and have critical thinking skills.
• Be reliable, have integrity, and honest.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly smile.
• Be knowledgeable of our menu items.
• Understand Charleys high standards.
• Communicate clearly and respond to questions, be genuine.
• Take accurate orders.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
