SURESTAFF is Hiring a Maintenance Tech Near Lansing, MI
Hours: 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am
Pay: $30.25/hr or $33.50/hr with a journeyman card (50 cent shift hourly premium for 2nd and $1 for 3rd)
What you will do:
- Debug and assist in correcting all tooling, robotics, controls, weld cycles and all other equipment related improvements
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns
- Preventative program
- Clean, oil, and degrease machines
- Setup robotic welding stations
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults, tune equipment, and ensure controls and safety measures are functional
- Repair or replace parts are required
- Minimum of 2 years on-the-job experience in maintenance repair of fanuc robotics
- Minimum of 2 years spot welding and resistance welding experience
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- High school diploma or GED
- Journeyman license preferred
