SURESTAFF is hiring Event Staff for our client that is one of the largest & fastest growing parking companies in the country. The premise of this role is to provide a friendly and enthusiastic attitude to customers and clients as many of our representatives will be one of the first faces that are seen upon entering an event. The client is looking for those who can serve as a representative that displays honesty, integrity, accountability, teamwork, and demonstrates excellent communication skills. These positions do vary as dates and times are based on each individual event.
These positions will be paid at $16/hr.
Event Staff Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Be able to effectively communicate
• Attend briefings or trainings as necessary
• Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office; help direct traffic.
• Keep parking location clean - sweeping, wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying trash, picking up trash, etc.
• Be in correct parking uniform, on time, and ready to work when scheduled
• Be flexible: there are many different posts that could be assigned during all events

Guest Relations Representative Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Previous experience in a customer facing role preferred but not required
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Comfortable working in a customer facing environment
• Standing and walking for long periods of time
