Job Summary:

The Bonding Operator will ensure safe and productive operation of all fixtures and tooling in the Bonding areas. The operator will adhere to the quality, efficiency, and safety requirements of Sur-Seal. The operator must also strive to meet both internal and external customer expectations, per each job set-up and manufacturing run. The operator may also be required to perform limited regular fixtures maintenance.

Qualifications

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safe, efficient set-up and operation of fixture in the completion of the daily schedule.
  • Understands and follows paperwork requirements per job
  • Understands and follows instructions on job routers. This includes quality, safety, and requirements the customer may have beyond Sur-Seal’s requirements.
  • Understands and strives to meet PPH hour requirements per job ran.
• Understand and follow Sur-Seal’s PPE requirements for operation of different jobs.
• Understand and follow requirements for disposition of finished goods per each job ran.
• Understand and follow Sur-Seal’s Quality & Environmental policies.
• Ability to work glues and adhesives to help bond materials.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work cell.
• Complete any fixture or tooling maintenance requirements that may be expected of the operator.
• Intricate hand activity requires low/cut down fingernails.
