- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry best practices to inform planning processes.
2. Collaboration with Program Manager:
- Work closely with the Program Manager to align strategic goals with program objectives.
- Provide strategic insights to enhance the overall effectiveness of the program.
3. Data Analysis:
- Conduct thorough data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize relevant tools and methodologies to extract meaningful insights.
4. Risk Assessment:
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the strategic plan.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure successful implementation.
5. Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate strategic plans effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Prepare regular reports on the progress of strategic initiatives for management review.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational strategies.
- Foster a culture of strategic thinking and awareness within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably in a project or program management context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
