Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our establishment, including coffee shop, kitchen, and hotel operations. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service, and a passion for delivering high-quality products and services. Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and guidance to all staff members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment - Oversee daily operations, including coffee production, kitchen management, cash handling, inventory control, and food production - Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Manage staffing levels and schedules to meet business needs - Train and mentor staff members to deliver exceptional customer service - Monitor and maintain quality standards for products and services - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services - Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing Experience: - Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a coffee shop or hotel setting - Strong knowledge of coffee production techniques and equipment - Proven track record in kitchen management, including food safety procedures and inventory control - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff members, and suppliers - Proficient in using Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software - Demonstrated ability to lead a team towards achieving business goals We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
