Job Summary: COMMISSION BASED. WEEKLY BASE COMMISSION
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits to customers
- Conducting test drives with customers
- Negotiating sales prices and terms with customers
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintaining knowledge of current inventory and pricing
- Assisting with inventory control and management
- Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Utilizing phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- skills (English/Spanish/Arabic) are a plus
- Organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups effectively
