Private Practice Clinician - LCSW, LMSW, LPC-A, LPC

We are a growing private practice looking for talented and experienced licensed therapists (LCSW, LMSW, LPC-A, LPC) to join our team! Excellent master’s level therapists working toward licensure will be considered. Our practice focuses on providing quality mental health services to our clients while providing our therapists with the support they need to do their best clinical work. We consider ourselves to be a collaborative, person-centered, multidisciplinary group practice and strive to create an environment where our therapists and clients can thrive.

This is a hybrid, fee-for-service position, requiring 1-2 days in the office at either our Hamden or Cheshire location.

$40 - $50 hourly

• Facilitate biopsychosocial assessments
• Develop/maintain treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy
• Maintain clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharging plans, and collaborative notes
• Collaborate with community providers and/or family if deemed necessary

• Clinical License LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A
