Your responsibilities will include overseeing medical administration, providing training and support, managing medication documentation, and facilitating clinical assessments.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree or certificate in nursing with a valid New Jersey RN license.* Minimum of five years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably with at-risk youth.* Experience in developing and implementing activities/curriculum for varied learning styles.* At least one year of direct nursing supervisory experience.* Valid driver's license which has been in good standing for the previous six months.What Sets You Apart?* Strong affinity for working with teenagers.* CPR Certification.* Demonstrated track record of delivering excellent results and quality performance.* Sound, mature judgment skills.* Trauma-sensitive/strengths-based approach with excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills.* Proven ability to work efficiently, flexibly, and with good humor.* Success in roles requiring timely execution of tasks while managing multiple priorities.* Self-starter with initiative and enthusiasm.* Ability to provide comprehensive nursing care to teenagers with moderate to complex emotional/psychological problems.Who we are:Crossroads Programs, Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to making a real difference in the lives of at-risk youth and families.
