SCFF is currently seeking:

Full-Time Assistant Program Coordinator (on-site Supervisor) in the Berks County Area (Reading, Exeter, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Fleetwood, Douglasville)

  • Sign-on Bonus: $1,000.00
  • Pay rate starting at $16.25

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 18 Years of age
  • Valid Driver’s License for at least 6 months
  • Knowledge of and ability to work with individuals with Mental Health Diagnoses Excellent communication skills and organizational skills/detail oriented.
  • One year of experience in human services or related field as a Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversight Supervisor of CLA.
  • Supervise and direct the work of Residential Specialists to include the following:
  • Medical Appointments/ medication management in conjunction with the Program Coordinator.
  • Complete requirements to become a Medication Administration Observer
  • Monitor medications for refills and reconcile weekly medications with the PC upon delivery prior to the start of each week.
  • Ensure staff administering medications have completed and are current in medication administration training.
  • On Call - Participate in on call rotation.
  • Training - in conjunction with the Program Coordinator Monitor compliance list and inform staff of upcoming training needs.
  • Conduct and observe medication practicums for employees.
  • Mentor and provide ongoing feedback and indicate areas of improvement regarding job performance.
  • Complete accurate and timely employee performance evaluations prior to the due date.
