Supportive Care is looking for a Licensed Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team!

Supportive Care provides behavioral health services to geriatric residents in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities. The patients receive quality psychotherapy sessions, medication management, and other services by our extraordinary team of clinicians.
