The Physician/Psychiatrist Out-Patient is responsible for providing professional medical services and will assess and monitor patient’s ongoing psychiatric needs.

Job Requirements: Must have a current, valid, unrestricted Physician license in the state of New York throughout employment.Must attain and maintain active staff membership and clinical privileges appropriate to duties and responsibilities.Must hold and maintain current, valid and unrestricted federal and state registrations to prescribe and dispense controlled substances.Current Board Certification in Psychiatry or sub specialty Board Certification in Addiction Medicine from the American Osteopathy Association (AOA).If not currently Board certified, candidate must be Board eligible.
