Job DescriptionSupportive Care is a behavioral healthcare company with an extraordinary team of clinicians providing a full range of pharmacological, psychological, and behavioral health services to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and memory care communities. Supportive Care is rapidly growing, and we are looking to bring in the New Year with several opportunities for clinicians who currently hold a Mental health licensure and are dedicated and have a compassionate mindset working with the geriatric population.
LCSW: $350-450 Per Day Average; based on the number of sessions
Psychologist: $700-$850 Per Day Average; based on the number of sessions

LCSW: $350-450 Per Day Average; based on the number of sessions
Psychologist: $700-$850 Per Day Average; based on the number of sessions
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues.
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy.
- Implement and review treatment plans.
- Ensure all documentation is completed promptly.
- Provide psychosocial evaluations and psychotherapy/talk therapy sessions for support to residents.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide social support therapy sessions to patients through weekly therapy sessions.
- Implement therapy plans that fit each patient's personal needs.
- Self-determine your schedule between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday-Friday; Ability to change schedule as needed
- Select facilities that allow weekend sessions in combination with weekly sessions.
- Part-time or full-time opportunities are available (Varies with location)
