As a Supply Chain System Functional Lead, you will: •Participate as a Supply Chain Management subject matter expert in the Supply Chain Informatics team and provide Workday functional and technical best-practice expertise to facilitate decision-making. •Ensure successful analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing, and implementation of ERP supply chain management solutions across the end-to-end supply chain value chain from planning through distribution. •Work closely with the Supply Chain Informatics Director to develop detailed plans and assist with business process changes, problem resolution, and functional decisions. •Proactively anticipate potential roadblocks and take corrective action to keep projects on track while escalating issues to Leadership as needed. •Maintain Item Master across various Supply Chain systems and coordinate with Accounts Payable team on Supplier Master reflecting high data integrity standards. •Build and modify Reports, Dashboards to display meaningful trends on Spend and Inventory transactions. •Perform periodic data audits to resolve discrepancies among various Supply Chain systems. •Assist as a conduit between End-User requests and system capabilities via the Organization’s Help Desk system. •Review, prioritize, and test Bi-Annual Release Features while assessing their impact to the overall functionality of the system and following up with the required updates. •Create, Update Quick Reference Guides on new Features, System updates, provide End-User training, if required. •Participate in Inter-departmental meetings representing Supply Chain and build conflict-free relationships with HR, FIN, and IT counterparts. Qualifications Include: •Bachelor’s degree in information systems, health information management, healthcare related field, or in a related field •2-3 years of experience in a functional or technical support role in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment with prior experience utilizing various ERP systems and applications.
