**Position Overview:**

An engaging and caring individual residing in McFarland is in search of a compassionate and skilled Home Companion Worker. The ideal candidate will be tasked with providing companionship, assistance with various household tasks, accompanying to medical appointments, and participating in a broad range of activities including arts and crafts and community events. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide companionship and engage in conversation

- Assist with daily household tasks and organization

- Accompany to medical appointments, ensuring comfort and support

- Participate and assist in arts and crafts and other creative activities

- Facilitate involvement in community events and outings, promoting social engagement

- Be an integral part of a larger team committed to providing quality support and care

**Qualifications:**

- Demonstrated compassion and a genuine interest in enhancing the quality of life for others

- Experience in caregiving or companion roles preferred

- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the varying needs of the individual

- Must possess a valid driver’s license, have access to a reliable vehicle, and be willing to transport individual as required

- Successful completion of a background check

**Position Details:**

- Location: McFarland, Wisconsin

- Hourly Rate: $15.75

- Employment Type: Hired directly by the individual, with payment facilitated through a fiscal agent

- Schedule: Flexible hours
