Supersonic is a new ABA center owned by two local female BCBAs! Our mission is to change the field of ABA providing provide the BEST care. We created Supersonic due to the need we saw. Come show off your ABA skills and join our fun, passionate, and collaborative team. Oh did I mention- dance parties are essential!

Responsibilities:

- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions

- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

- Teach social, communication, and daily living skills

- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment goals and strategies

- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions

- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

- Conduct ABA sessions in different environments such as in-home and school, as needed

- Independently manage time by organizing and planning how to divide your time between different activities

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with ASD

- Ability to follow directions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
