Responsibilities and Duties:
- This job requires the following motions: sit, push, pull, twist, bend, stand, walk, shovel, rake, dig for long periods.
- Required regular lifting of 25lbs up to 50lbs. repeatedly.
- Safely operate a variety of construction and maintenance tools/equipment to complete daily tasks.
- General laborer duties associated with concrete finishing work.
- Ensure all machines are well-oiled, serviced, and inspected.
- Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment.
- Ability/willingness to follow company rules, safety practices and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements: * Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments.

- Ability/Willingness to work overtime when required.

- Communication skills; Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors, and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
