SuperMoss is Hiring an Executive Assistant/Customer Service Manager Near Santa Barbara, CA

SuperMoss is a Santa Barbara based parent corporation that manages multiple brands in the pet and garden industries. We are seeking a local talented candidate with the desire to grow within our organization in the Executive Assistant / Account Manager position. The qualified candidate will provide a high degree of support to internal management and customer service to our loyal & friendly clients.

This position provides customer service, account management, and sales activities and reports to the Sales Managers. This position requires the ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities throughout the day. Must be able to work independently and as a team with staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and enjoy working with the public.

  • Accurately and quickly handle purchase orders using our accounting software.
  • Perform all sales duties, exceeding sales targets.
  • Take initiative to perform outreach activities to businesses in the home and garden industry to grow our client base.
  • Represent our company at national trade shows - some travel.

Qualifications:

Must have 1 year of customer service or sales experience.

  • College degree or progress toward a degree preferred.
  • Prior experience with CRM and/or Accounting Software preferred.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Must be able to use Excel.
  • Interest in the floral/garden/pet industries a plus.
