{!job-facility} is recruiting an RN for the role of Building Charge Nurse.Details: Every other weekend Part-time Days

The responsibilities of the RN Building Charge Nurse include but are not limited to:

• Leading and supervising nursing staff including CNAs and LPNs

• Delegating direct resident care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines

• Coordinating and facilitating the delivery of resident care from healthcare professionals

• Conducting patient assessments, reviewing medical records, and ensuringaccurate and timely documentation of patient information. 

• Contributing to the professional development of the nursing staff by providing ongoing education, training, and mentoring.

• Communicating and collaboratingwith other healthcare professionals in the facility

Qualifications & Skills:

• A valid and active RN license from the state of Minnesota

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing 

• Management and/or supervisory experience 

• Must have a solid clinical knowledge foundation and nursing practice skills.

• Must be able to effectively communicate with patients, their families, other healthcare professionals, and the nursing team

• Must have proper organizational and critical thinking skills

• Must be familiar with healthcare facility policies, procedures, and protocols is important for a charge nurse.

• Must be able to uphold high ethical standards, maintain patient confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism in their interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
