Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding procedures.

Duties:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
- Post job openings on various platforms and social media channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Assist in the development of training programs for new hires
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to management
- Support employee relations initiatives
- Assist in cold calling potential candidates

Skills:
- Strong sales skills to attract top talent
- Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers effectively
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
- Ability to develop and implement training programs for employee development
