Superior Solutions, PLLC. is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Bardstown, KY

Superior Solutions, PLLC (SS) is now HIRING a behavior analyst to provide services at our residential and adult day locations for individuals with brain injuries and intellectual disabilities:

-1 full-time position available. Starting pay is (negotiable with experience) $50-$60 per hour

-sign on bonus of $5,000 being offered

-Behavior therapist will work in SS residential houses and day training center located in Bardstown KY.
-Very flexible schedule! The behavior therapist will be given a case load and it will be their responsibly to schedule their hours with the caseload assigned to them.
-We are 24/7 hour care, we never close, remote hours may be required when house or ADT staff need assistance with behaviors.

- Orientation to start the week of December 1st (will work around schedule if you have other job)
-Full time positions are offered health and dental insurance after 90 day probation period.
-SS has Simple IRA (matches up to 3%) for any eligible staff after probation period

-SS has group policy with Aflac for other supplemental insurance wants

Your job responsibilities will be as followed:
-evaluate the behavior

-develop a behavior support plan

-monitor the participants progress with the plan written

-revise plans as necessary

-work with participants staff on training and helping through behaviors

Job Requirements:
-Board-certified behavior analyst

-at least one year of behavior specialist experience or provide documentation of completed coursework regarding learning behavior principles and techniques
