We're looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our client, a well-established roofing contractor based in Hyattsville, MD.
Our client is committed to preserving iconic buildings, commercial institutions, and residential homes with award-winning craftsmanship across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia..
Salary is between $60,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.
This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k!
In this role you will be responsible for the timely delivery of projects, managing quality, you will be the face of the company on the project and responsible for establishing a clear line of communication with the customers, field teams, office teams, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Responsibilities :
Project management and scheduling
Site supervision ensuring safety and quality
Client relationship management
Team leadership and problem-solving
Documentation and continuous improvement
Qualifications :
3 years in a construction Superintendentrole
3 years' experience in commercial roofing (highly preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software
OSHA certification preferred
