Hiring Full time crew leader and crew members. Must have a broad knowledge of the horticulture industry. Crew leader must have experience in the industry with minimum 1 year supervisory experience. Must have drivers license. Pay based on experience. DRUG FREE WORKPLACE. Work will be performed at multiple locations based on a weekly route. The crew leader will work hands-on in leading, managing, training, and being accountable for crew members and quality of work performed. Responsible for equipment maintenance. Responsible for communicating with clients. The crew leader is expected to lead by example and assist where needed to ensure all team members are following all company policies ,compliant with quality, efficiency, and safety requirements.

Position includes work in the areas of property maintenance, landscaping, hardscaping, and irrigation. Coordinate with supervisor on scheduled jobs, inspect equipment, perform maintenance, and load truck for the day’s projects. Direct, assist, transport and supervise the team during the following activities: mowing, edging, weed eating, spraying/spreading chemicals, inspecting/repairing irrigation issues, leaf clean up, weeding beds, planting, installing mulch, raking, installing landscaping materials.

```Duties```
- Supervise and lead a crew of landscape maintenance workers
- Plan and assign daily tasks to crew members
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- Provide training and guidance to crew members on proper techniques and procedures
- Oversee the maintenance and care of gardens, lawns, trees, and other landscape features
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for daily operations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair

- Strong knowledge and experience in landscape maintenance, including lawn care, tree care, and groundskeeping
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and crew members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
