Duties:

- Perform remodeling tasks such as:
- Frame carpentry

- Demolition

- Bathroom renovations
- Hardscape construction

- Commercial Remodeling
- Plumbing repairs and installations
- Door hanging and installation
- Building and construction of various structures
- Tile laying and installation

Skills:

- Proficient in remodeling techniques and practices, Must be able to improvise and deal with the task at hand in a timely manner.
- Strong knowledge and experience in frame carpentry, Bathroom remodels, Drywall installation, tape/mud and repair, Painting interior/exterior, Siding, Deck building, Truss installation, Sheeting and subfloor installation. Flooring installation (with undercut door jams), Trim and carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans where necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during remodeling projects
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

- Be able to effectively arrive and leave jobs on time. Must have own tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
