We are looking for a skilled maintenance person to service our properties in the Southwest Michigan area. Duties include general maintenance, HVAC work, electrical work, plumbing, or carpentry work. The ideal candidate will possess problem solving and customer service skills and the ability to use or learn to use a software app for time/project tracking. Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or general maintenance preferred. HVAC, plumbing or electrical licensing is a plus.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as needed
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for emergency repairs or special projects

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
