Summary
The Welder I is responsible for assembling pieces of metal together or repairing damage in metal components using metal inert gas (MIG) welding. Duties include reading blueprints, cutting metal into the appropriate shape, and inspects weldments for welding defects and repairs as necessary. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Computer Skills
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred.
