Summary of Position:

Its okay if you don't have any prior insulation experience because we have an excellent training program to teach you all areas of the trade. Responsibilities:

• Complete training with Supervisor/Mentor to ensure appropriate knowledge and skills are possessed to install all applicable materials including but not limited to: cellulose insulation, spray polyurethane foam, air barrier materials, and waterproofing. This includes prep work, installation and clean-up.
• Demonstrate proper knowledge of equipment maintenance.
• Possess the skills and abilities to effectively troubleshoot both equipment and product related issues as they relate to the mobile manufacturing process.
• Demonstrate ability to accurately complete all required paperwork.
• Review and inspect work to ensure all quality expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Able to perform physical demanding work.
• Ability to work in outdoor elements.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and heights.
• Willing to stay out of town Monday-Friday. Employer pays for hotel stay and provides daily per-diem.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
