Job Description

A Business Analyst is responsible for completing the following duties:

• Perform analysis, diagnostics, development, testing and documentation of software
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
• Assist with requirements gathering for new projects and for enhancements to existing software products
• Assist customers with testing of newly developed software functionality, including the software and the new or updated processes required by the change
• Serve as System Administrator for Superior’s E1 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Assist with system customization, including but not limited to: profiles, permission sets, objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, and validations
  • Develop & maintain reports and dashboards
  • Create & update training materials; train end-users as needed
  • Troubleshoot the Business Software application issues with the end-users; available to answer usability (how-to) questions
• Proactively manage the organizational change that is naturally part of new software releases and functionality
• Assist with onboarding newly acquired Superior divisions/companies to make sure the Business Software implementation is consistent
• Analyze and propose common best practices to be used across all Business Software templates enterprise-wide
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Document and communicate results with users at all levels of the company
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prefer Associate's or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 years of experience in an Enterprise system is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Limited travel (5-10%) to Superior Industries’ facilities to assist end-users as needed
• Build & maintain positive working relationships with users and with software development teams (internal and external)
