As a Transaction Concierge with Superior Home Buyers, you will play a pivotal role in the home buying process, ensuring our clients have all the information they need to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities will include property documentation, photography, and post-closing checks, making you an integral part of our clients' journey toward their dream homes.

$60,000 yearly

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Drive to properties and create eye-guides, capturing essential details through photography.
• Conduct vacancy checks after property closings to ensure the seller has vacated.
• Secure properties by locking up after checks.
• Maintain a clean driving record and utilize a company-provided car and gas card.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, being friendly, patient, and understanding.
• Manage your own priorities and work with the freedom to take ownership of your tasks.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and responsibilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
