- Provide expert product knowledge and friendly support to customers before and after the sale by phone and e-mail.
- Develop strong personal relationships with customers to gain trust, valuable feedback, and discover unmet needs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products, services, and promotions offered in a frequently updated catalog.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to meet the sales and service needs of our company and our customers.
- Assist retail store operations during the Independence Day and New Year’s fireworks seasons.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Able to work as a team member as well as individually
- Able to think quickly and make decisions
- Love fireworks
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.

- 2 years experience in sales or customer service.
