Superior Fence & Rail of Pensacola LLC is Hiring a Fence Installer Near Gulfport, MS
Do you like working in construction or home improvement, but want better hours and better pay and stable, full-time employment? Are you looking for an opportunity to work within a growing company?
Superior Fence & Rail of Pensacola is an industry leader seeking full-time fence installers for immediate hire. Typical work week is Monday through Friday 6:30am-6pm (on average).
Work consists of building all types of fence including vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain-link.
Pay starts at $13-$14 per hour, depending on experience.
**Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing drug testing and background check.
Minimum requirements
Possess Valid FL DL
Pass background check (no felonies or sex offenses)
Pass drug screening
Reliable transportation
Physical fitness for heavy lifting, working in the heat

Have framing, roofing, or carpentry experience

Job Responsibilities
- Learn, adopt, and implement Superior Fence & Rail's structured installation process
- Ensure installation, and safety procedures are being followed
- Ensure all materials loaded for a job are the correct product and quantity based on provided diagram and packing list for each job
- Verify all fence is placed correctly on the property in relation to the property lines
- Ensure crew provides constant professionalism to our customers
- Use company procedures to effectively solve any errors encountered on a job site
- Use company procedures to effectively handle all jobsite changes and unforeseen complications professionally and efficiently
- Ensure installation is built to quality and aesthetically pleasing to the Company Standards
