Superior Fence & Rail of Arkansas, an industry leader in the fencing industry, is seeking a Warehouse/Shop Associate to help with the manufacturing and running of the daily shop operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working individual that is reliable and works diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and following directions as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. 

Responsibilities: 

- Moving incoming/outgoing materials throughout the shop and/or yard areas

- Identify, separate, label and store material supplies as directed

- Load outgoing materials each day and verify that all orders are accurate

- Meet safety, productivity and quality standards set by Superior Fence & Rail

- Operate the CNC router to fabricate vinyl fence

- Ensure that warehouse/shop areas are maintained, clean and organized

- Drive a forklift to empty new truck deliveries of material and to load installer trailers

- Light fence repair/carpentry work, perform other duties as assigned

Skills: 

- Knowledge of "back office" computer systems

- Experience with heavy machinery operations

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs

- Reliable Transportation

- Possess Valid Driver's License

- Pass background check/drug screening

The Superior Candidate will: 

- Be detail-oriented and customer-focused with a stable job history

- Have shop or residential construction experience (i.e. fencing, framing, carpentry)

- Have solid organization/time-management skills with a positive attitude
