Superior Court, County of Santa Clara is Hiring a Judicial Intern Near Santa Clara, CA

The successful candidate will work with a Judicial Officer and will assist in legal research and other tasks related to the operations and functions of the bench. The internship program is a hybrid of remote and in-person depending on the needs of the Judicial Officer you intern for. 
The summer Judicial Internship Program is an 8-week program that runs from Monday, June 3, 2024 to Friday, July 26, 2024.

Please note: This is an unpaid internship; it is a volunteer opportunity.Enrichment activities such as in-person and virtual presentations on various departments in the Court; visits to various Courtrooms. May include meetings with legal professionals with expertise in specific areas of law, at the discretion of the Judicial Officer you intern for.This program is designed to provide law students, undergraduate students, and recent high school graduates with first-hand opportunities to gain exposure to Court processes in the judicial branch of government. Applicants must be 18 years old and above, and must be enrolled in college or in an accredited Law School program. Applicants must be eligible to work the United States.This program is mainly organized in the summer; however, some opportunities are available throughout the year. Please indicate your time frame of interest.
