Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Demolition Estimator/ Project Manager to oversee and manage demolition projects. As a Demolition Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the demolition process, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines. This is a leadership role that requires strong construction management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and supervise demolition projects from start to finish

- Coordinate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules

- Oversee the selection and deployment of equipment and tools for demolition activities

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement appropriate safety measures

- Monitor progress of demolition projects and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines

- Manage and coordinate subcontractors involved in the demolition process

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

- Provide guidance and support to demolition crew members

- Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the demolition process

- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and documentation of any changes or deviations from original plans

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Demolition Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment, and safety protocols

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage cost control measures

- Knowledge of construction estimating principles for accurate project pricing
