Growing and fast paced Orthodontic Practice seeking and additional team member for our Insurance Billing Department. This role will be responsible for our Private Insurance accounts. Job responsibilities will include (but not limited to) verifying eligibility, billing claims, submitting for pre-authorizations, following up on past due accounts, communicating with parents when additional appointments for billing is needed or eligibility issues arise. We also cross train for other areas in the office, as team work and patient care are always a top priority.

Customer Service experience is preferred. The ideal candidate would be a self starter, works well with a team, has a positive attitude and willingness to learn and help where needed!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
