About Us:

Superior Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Sales Porter / Automotive Inventory Assistant at our Bentonville campus. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our inventory and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dealership's vehicle inventory, including BMW, Cadillac, and Mercedes-Benz brands.
• Perform vehicle inspections to identify and report any damages or issues.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are prepared for display and test drives.
• Assist with the movement of vehicles within the dealership lot and showroom as needed.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure accuracy in tracking vehicle locations.
• Support the sales team by providing assistance with vehicle delivery and customer transportation needs.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the dealership facilities, including showroom, offices, and customer areas.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends, as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

• Luxury Automotive: 2 years (Preferred)
