We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Night Shift Parts Advisor at the Lowell Reconditioning Center. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and organizing automotive parts and supporting the night shift technicians to ensure the seamless operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage automotive parts inventory for the night shift.
• Work closely with night shift technicians to fulfill parts requests promptly.
• Organize and maintain accurate records of parts inventory, orders, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts.
• Assist in quality control checks to verify that received parts meet company standards.
• Ensure the safe and proper handling of tools and equipment in the parts department.
• Comply with all safety protocols and regulations related to parts management.
• Collaborate with the night shift team to achieve operational efficiency and meet deadlines.

Flexible Schedule:

• Monday- Thursday Evening Swing Shift (5pm - 3am)
• Monday - Thursday Overnight Shift (9pm - 7am)
• Friday - Sunday Shifts available (discuss with hiring manager)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in automotive parts management.
• Familiarity with various automotive brands and parts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work the night shift (5:00 pm - 3:00 am).
• CDK experience is highly preferred!
