This job is a entry level labor position. Training is provided. Must be willing to work long, hot days and lift 50 lbs daily. Advancement opportunities include growth into foreman and project manager positions. Health insurance is offered to every team member. Laborers are eligible for quarterly and end of year bonuses. You will report to the same location every day and take company vehicles to job sites, all drive time is paid. Overtime is available.

Duties:

- Perform various exterior construction and landscaping tasks such as mulching/ stone, trimming, planting, edging, cleanups, removals, installations.
- Assist in the installation of drainage systems, concrete, hardscaping, and fences.
- Operate landscaping equipment and tools.
- Drive company trucks and trailers.

Experience:

- Previous experience in landscaping or construction preferred but not required.

Requirements:

- Valid drivers license & initial drug screening.
