Super Soccer Stars is Hiring a Youth Sports Coach Near Woburn, MA

Starting on the Upper West side of New York City over 20 years ago, Super Soccer Stars has grown to 20,000 children a week program in: New York, California, Boston, Miami, Chicago, Philadelphia, Texas and Washington, DC. At Super Soccer Stars, it is our goal to teach soccer skills in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment.

We are a year round youth soccer company and we're looking to add to our team!

Are you eager to develop as a coach? Do you have a desire to educate and inspire the next generation?

We are Boston's most-popular early childhood development soccer program and we are looking to add qualified, experienced early childhood teachers and soccer coaches to our programs. Coaches will have the opportunity to work with players and groups ages 2-6 throughout multiple locations in Greater Boston and the North Shore, including Marblehead, Swampscott, Reading, Woburn, and Wenham. We provide all training and equipment!

We are specifically looking for coaches with availability on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9AM-1PM but also could work weekday mornings or afternoons as well.

We want coaches who can:

- Be active and provide assistance during all activities

- Be enthusiastic and use positive praise and individual attention to every child

- Be a mentor and role-model

- Be hands-on; provide individual attention and engage every child

- Be Interactive and greet children, parents, and caregivers warmly

Day-to-day Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Teach an energetic and motivating class, connect and challenge each child, and help them to accomplish motor development goals.
  • Effectively and clearly communicate issues to the office and provide solutions.
  • Showing up on time to class.
  • Equipment set-up and break-down.
  • Provide hands-on individual and group attention to children.
  • Adhere to all COVID-19 safety policies

Compensation starts at $21/hour and rates can increase up to $40/hour
