Pediatric Dental Front Office/

Our dental practice is in search of a team player to serve on our Business Team assisting with all operations of the front office. We are looking for a motivated, confident, multi-tasker who understands clearly the focus of our business. The right person will be an excellent communicator, friendly, and patient.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

-Responsible for overseeing the daily schedule and ensuring appointments are scheduled correctly, answering phones, making appointments, and gathering accurate demographic and insurance data.

-Ensure insurance eligibility is verified before patient appointments.

-Accurately present treatment plans

-Be an advocate for the patients, parents, and referring dentists/doctors, and willing to step into any role for the benefit of the patient and the overall success of the practice.

-Work alongside the Clinical Lead/doctors to ensure the front office and clinic are working together to maximize efficiency for the office.

-Assist the Practice Administrator with additional duties as necessary. Our office is dedicated to providing excellent dental care and service to our patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $21.50 per hour
