We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager with Digital and Artwork Skills to drive our brand's online visibility and lead generation efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising
- Create engaging content for social media channels to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement
- Design content and artwork for company's website
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Utilize GTP AI tools to enhance design and marketing efforts
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain effective and innovative
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Manage digital advertising budgets effectively, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and performance.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts
Marketing:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Social media marketing
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
- Market research
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Digital marketing strategy development
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent writing skills
Digital Art:
- 2 years of commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Figma or similar (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to present your work to customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback to improve designs.
Would be a plus:
- Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with tracking systems like Jira.
- Familiarity with development and design processes.
- Basic understanding of front-end development principles.
- Experience with A/B testing.
