Content Manager

As a Content Manager at Super Bright LEDs, you’ll use your knowledge of online and communication strategies and leadership capabilities to manage the members of our Merchandising Department and communicate product vision from the highest levels of leadership to development and implementation teams.

This is a full-time in-house position located in Earth City, MO working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Local candidates to the St. Louis area (Missouri and Illinois) only please.

More specifically, you’ll get to: 

• Manage our Merchandising - Product Content team on the Magento 2 platform
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure all product content is available on time
• Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure product content is complete and accurate for new and existing products
• Manage workflow of all written and technical content for new products
• Ensure deadlines are being met during all stages of the new product processes
• Review content to ensure all new and existing products are in line with competitors and up to standard
• Lead team to meet expectations for quality, productivity, and goal accomplishment
• Review category filters when adding new products to ensure relevant features are filterable

Qualifications:

• Experience with Magento or similar eCommerce platform
• Management experience required—excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, persuade, communicate, and motivate others
• Experience managing categories of business in extremely competitive environment preferred
