We are looking for a creative and dedicated professional who is great at multidisciplinary problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with guests and hotel staff, answering phones, assisting guests with reservations, and managing incoming messages. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing our guests with a warm welcome, and will be playing an essential role in the guests' experience at the hotel.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer questions and provide information to guests.
- Address the guests' concerns or requests.
- Respond politely to guests in all situations; be calm when facing conflict.
- Be aware of situations that affect people, be calm, be aware.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel.
- Maintain lobby and desk areas
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
